Prismara Events serves Central Florida, including Orlando, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Winter Park, Kissimmee, Daytona Beach, and surrounding areas. If your event is beyond this region, contact us — we may still be able to help.

We specialize in lighting for weddings, milestone celebrations, corporate events, private parties, galas, Quinceañeras, and more. Whether your event is intimate or large-scale, Prismara creates tailored lighting designs that fit your vision, venue, and style.

Yes. We specialize in outdoor lighting for weddings, patios, gardens, tents, and open-air venues. From bistro lights to uplighting and special effects, Prismara creates warm, inviting atmospheres in any outdoor setting.

Yes. We work directly with planners, venues, and vendors to ensure smooth setup and flawless execution. Prismara coordinates every detail so your lighting integrates seamlessly into the overall event design and timeline.

Yes. Every event is unique, and your lighting should be too. Prismara creates custom lighting designs tailored to your venue, event type, and style — never a one-size-fits-all approach.

Yes. Prismara Events carries full liability insurance and meets the vendor requirements of most Central Florida venues. Insurance documentation is available upon request.

We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance to secure your date, especially during peak wedding and event seasons. However, Prismara will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.

Our minimum booking starts at $500. This includes professional lighting equipment along with full-service setup and teardown. Delivery is calculated separately based on your event location.

Pricing depends on your venue size, setup complexity, and the type of lighting you choose — but with Prismara, it’s always clear and upfront. Each service on our site includes a ‘starting at’ price for guidance. Every quote includes equipment, setup, teardown, and labor, with delivery calculated separately based on your event location.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and direct bank transfers. Every quote includes clear payment terms and options so there are never any surprises.

To secure your date, we require a 30% retainer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. This policy ensures Prismara can reserve the staff, equipment, and resources needed to bring your custom lighting plan to life.

Yes. Full-service setup and teardown are included with every Prismara lighting package. Our team handles everything so you can relax and enjoy your event.

Retainers are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future event if rescheduled within 6 months of the original date. If a cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the event, additional charges may apply if labor or resources have already been allocated.
